Behind the Scenes - Wednesday April 1st, 2026

There have been so many moments on this journey when the Lord surprises us in ways we never could have planned — little gifts tucked into ordinary days, reminders that He is weaving something far bigger than I can see. Well, the last 2 days He blessed Joey & Lyndi by getting to watch the next season of The Counter by ODX being taped!

They walked into the studio with that familiar mix of curiosity and anticipation, not quite knowing what to expect but fully aware that God was up to something. There’s a unique energy in a room where Kingdom work is happening — a blend of creativity, boldness, and the unmistakable presence of the Holy Spirit. And that’s exactly what they stepped into.

The set was alive with movement: cameras adjusting, lights warming up, crew members preparing for the next segment. But beneath all the technical bustle was something deeper — a heartbeat. A purpose. A sense that every conversation being filmed, every story being shared, was meant to reach someone who needed hope, clarity, or courage. But more importantly, the proceeds from this channel fund the saving of children enslaved in sex trafficking. 

As they watched the hosts dive into topics that match our current documentary work, that familiar stirring of the spirit was potent. It’s the feeling you get when you know the Lord is speaking, not just to the audience out there somewhere, but to you, right where you’re sitting.

There’s something powerful about seeing ministry happen in real time. It reminds you that the Kingdom isn’t abstract or distant. It’s here. It’s moving. It’s being built through ordinary people saying “yes” to extraordinary assignments.

And honestly? It was just fun. There was laughter between takes, the kind of camaraderie that only comes from people who genuinely love what they do. There were moments of deep reflection, too — the kind that make you pause and whisper, “Lord, thank You for letting me witness this.”

Walking out of the studio, they felt both energized and humbled. Energized because God is clearly stirring something through ODX and The Counter. Humbled because He allowed us to be present, to see the behind‑the‑scenes work that most people never get to witness.

This journey continues to unfold in ways we never could have scripted. And each time I think I’ve seen the extent of what God is doing, He opens another door, another opportunity, another glimpse of His goodness.

I don’t know what the next few weeks will hold — but after witnessing so many of God’s blessings so far in this trip, I’m more convinced than ever that the Lord is moving, guiding, and preparing us for things we can’t yet imagine.

And we're grateful. So deeply grateful.
